DAILY DIVE TRIP

Somer Dive Center offers you daily dive trips with our specious day boat; Lumba-Lumba. A traditional phinisi wooden boat. We have one of the biggest and most comfortable boat in the town. The crew on the boat is highly motivated to give you the best service as well. You are in holiday, so enjoy and lean back. With around 9 knots we are cruising to the dive sites in the Komodo National Park.

One of our highest priority is the safety of our customers. As you were reading already Komodo is famous for its currents. That’s why depending on your certification level and confidence we’ve to choose the dive sites wisely. But we also have a small dinghy attached to our day boat which could bring some of the divers to the protected area of the dive site or even to another one close by. That’s why we also divide our groups by their certification and experience level. Ratio of a group is 1:4 (one Instructor/Dive guide to max. four divers).

3 DIVES PACKAGE

We offer you daily dive trips departing at 7.20am from the harbor of Labuan Bajo. Depending which area we are heading too it takes us between 1-2h to reach the first dive site. We go out every day for 3 dives (except you choose the Dragon package) and are coming back between 4-6pm. Depending on which area we went.

DRAGON PACKAGE

We also offer you to explore 2 of the dive sites in KNP and afterwards visit the Komodo Dragons on Rinca Island instead of a 3th dive. Departure and arrival time remains the same like on a 3 dives day.

Incredible diving experience!

We had such a great trip with Somer Dive. Corina, our dive master, was so great to dive with and so patient with us since we are new open water certified divers! She really showed us all the good spots for beautiful healthy coral, saw manta ray and more. We would definitely go back and do some more fun dives while we’re here. The crew is super helpful too and the whole crew at Somer Dive was super friendly!

Best diving experience

We had the best possible diving experience today with Somer dive! We refreshed our diving skills with Corina who is a really experienced diving instructor, very patient, responsive and helpful! Felt safe all the time! Adrian was our diving master and he showed us all the nice spots and animals and was very friendly and experienced! 4 days of amazing diving

Due to time we only had a few days of diving but it was amazing. Matteo was our dive master and was awesome! If I came back I wouldn’t hesitate to dive with Somer again. Best diving experience with Corina!

I am a solo traveler and chose Somerdive to do my PADI open water certification course. As I was new to diving, I was quite nervous, but my great diving teacher Corina made me feel comfortable from day one!
